Diana was created as a bridal ring collection by Krementz & Company in the 1930's. The collection was known then for its quality and manufactured primarily in 18 karat gold. It was the preferred wedding ring and bridal line among the elite group of carriage trade jewelers in the 1970's.

Frederick Goldman, Inc., the nation's leading manufacturer of bridal jewelry, acquired the line in 1992 and renamed it Diana Classic and added many more styles in platinum and in 14 and 18 karat gold.
